Refund Policy

Refund Policy 2013-2018

We will refund the customer when the package is lost or items do not match the details that the customer ordered.

We will not provide a refund  if customers reject the package or do not claim your parcel at the post office or if it is refused by customs due to regulations and taxes or duties or items are seized by custom due to law or order quantities that exceeds personal use.  Please contact us for more information.

Refund Policy When Customer Address is invalid

If the customer provides incorrect address details and the postal center can not deliver the package. We will not refund money. If the customer wants us to re-ship the item again, customers are responsible responsible for paying actual shipping costs.
